Melissa Grant joined The Media Matters as marketing coordinator during the summer of 2002. In the newly created position, she provides the fast growing agency with coordination and support in all areas of marketing. She also works with select key accounts in facilitating programs and events. Her enthusiasm for “doing it right the first time” is appreciated by all our clients.

Having worked in both product development and retail marketing in the apparel industry, she provides home furnishings clients a unique perspective. Melissa’s background includes two years in the research and development department of Polo Ralph Lauren and over four years as retail marketing representative for VF Playwear where she managed a 56 store area. She was responsible for producing product presentations, conducting product and fixture analyses for sales and marketing, and tracking trends related to the Healthtex, Nike, and Lee product lines.

Melissa holds a BS degree in Textile Product Marketing with a minor in business from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
